Mocha

An Espresso Drink with a Riveting Chocolate Flavor

A chocolate lover’s favorite coffee drink or a perfect drink for someone with a sweet tooth, Mocha is strongly defined by its strong chocolate flavor.

Today this chocolate flavored espresso drink is relished as a staple drink across the world while it is no less than a money-spinner for the global café industry.

Essentially considered as a variant of Café latte, but unlike latte Mocha’s history isn’t littered with Italian connection. Surprisingly enough, the remanent of Mocha’s history is actually found in the Arabic land of Yemen. It is widely believed that the name Mocha is sourced from the peculiar Arabic beans that are abundantly found in the Yemen city of Mocha. These Arabic beans are apparently used for making premium Arabic coffee.
For all those who are not aware, Arabic beans is amongst the two most popular coffee beans across the world. The other being Robusta beans that are obviously used for making Robusta coffee.
After soaking you in Mocha’s Arabic history, let us now dive into the recipe of Mocha. Below Mocha’s recipe has been explained in simplest way possible. This will let you enjoy this scrumptious espresso drink well within the comfort of your kitchen without breaking your bank.
